Ravello Apartments

I’ve lived here for about a year, and I can honestly say I will never live here again. The most infuriating issue is the landscaping crew showing up ridiculously early, sometimes around 7 AM, and starting loud work like this is an office building. It’s not. This is a residential complex where people are trying to sleep, rest, and live their lives. Why on earth would management allow this at that hour? Schedule it midday or at least at a reasonable time — not first thing in the morning when it wakes up the entire building. And the sad part is: this is just one of the smaller issues. There are bigger problems I’m not even going to get into, but after a full year here I’ve had enough. If you value peace, quiet, and basic consideration for residents, I would not recommend this place. Bottom

DO NOT RENT HERE - REVIEWS ARE INFLATED. Pay close attention to the recent reviews! Management has switched at least 3 times since we've been here almost 2 years on the dot. Not a great sign. Also annoying because the rent payment method has change multiple times within that period as well - it's a hassle for us residents. Within the span of only 2 years so much switching around has been happening. And they had to audit the cars in the garage like 3 times in 2 months (we suspect they lost records of who was paying for a spot with all the management switches because there should be no reason to audit the garage that much in such a short span of time). There is a clear divide from previous managers to this regime that took over in January 2025. Edit to respond: I’ve already sent multiple emails regarding the municipal codes and tenant laws you’re violating. Respond to those. July 2025. Hear me out. I can't advise living here. DO NOT RENT HERE. There are much better options available and I am very happy to have moved out of this apartment. Recently, building management has changed and the new management team is woefully incompetent. Here is a list of just a few of the issues from management: 1. Despite paying for a parking spot and only parking in my assigned spot, they threatened to tow my car and stuck adhesive to my vehicle which has been impossible to remove without scratching the car. 2. Despite the previous management assuring us that our renters insurance was adequate and fulfilled the requirements, the new management charged us $70 dollars because they claimed it was not.
