Core 83 Apartments

I lived in a one-bedroom apartment here for a year and absolutely loved it! The location was great, and the community felt very safe and welcoming. I only moved out because I was in an income-restricted unit, and my rent increased by $399. I also decided to move to a quieter area that would be better for my dog, also having a nearby fenced area for my dog to run. At Core, I'd take him to the nearby elementary school, but kept him on a 30ft leash. My dog doesn't go in the car so unfortunately nowhere close for him to run free. Also, living in a city people do not pick up after their dogs and it was really gross. Had to walk kind of far to get him somewhere clean. I love living here. The apartment building is clean quiet and I have never had so many nice neighbors. The leasing office staff is honestly amazing. Angie is so kind and Lisa has helped us with a few issues that have come up. All our maintenance requests have been handled promptly and by the sweetest gentlemen. I can not recommend them enough! :)

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at this residence. Angie, Debora and Larry make this a fun and safe place to live. The community events are a pleasure to attend. All the residents are happy to enjoy the events, nobody is excluded due to their diets. The building is kept up very and I feel safe on the property. The gym is clean and spacious. The rooftop deck is a wonderful place to watch a sunset or lounge and watch some TV. The kids do love to play with the massive chessboard on the patio or the billiards. Hands down the best place to Live in Redmond.

Great and well-priced place to live with good amenities. Very practical location in Redmond. Julie, Lisa and Pedro go out of their way to make you feel welcome first then valued as a member of the Core83 community next. Not sure you could do better anywhere in the area.

I don't even know where to start with this property. Management is phenomenal. They are accommodating and take care of the residents like I have never experienced. The office staff, Angie and Rhonda are extremely responsive and genuinely care about the residents. The Maintenance Supervisor Lony, is the best! Always friendly and takes care of any issues that may arise. The apartments themselves are fabulous. Beautiful finishes and spacious. The rooftop is unbelievable and has amazing views. The location can't be beat. Close to transportation, amazing restaurants and bars. I believe the property is managed by Precision Management and you can definitely tell the difference because Precision isn't one of those large management companies who treat you like a number and a rent check.
