Amazing apartments and management office! The floor plans are spacious with big windows and modern appliances. Location in downtown Redmond is a huge bonus, super walkable and near multiple employers. Big parking garage accommodates family needs. There is a great bakery downstairs. Big shout out to Salena, Christopher, and Katelyn at management office, and the maintenance team, especially Bruno. They quickly work to resolve any maintenance that pop up and are kind and communicative.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living in this apartment, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the Triangle team. The maintenance team’s prompt response to our sink issue was impressive, and their professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. The team’s efficiency and supportive attitude make living here a positive experience, and I’m grateful for their dedication to ensuring residents’ comfort and well-being. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment. Just a few month ago we moved in this apartment. It is so close to everything in downtown. These are the new apartments so we have all new appliance, so clean and at a very convenient location. They have a Coffee machine which has all types of coffees including Hot chocolate, vanilla shots etc which is complimentary for everyone. The best thing is that we have a direct view of Mount Rainier from our apartment and also a entire view of downtown from our den. The apartment is so spacious and luxury that anyone will be more than happy to stay here. For now I am enjoying staying here with my family and hoping to have a best experience at Triangle Apartment.
