I had had a consistently poor experience at this apartment complex since moving in. The primary issue is a broken window that has remained un-repaired for almost 10 weeks despite a maintenance ticket being filed on day one. This has resulted in constant cold drafts, unpleasant odors, and insects entering my unit. Secondly, an ongoing construction crew right outside my window starts working very loudly early every morning, disrupting my work-from-home activities and forcing me to cancel virtual meetings because others cannot hear me with such noise enterign the unit from the defective window (see attached videos). Lastly, sometimes there's a foul-smelling alledgedly coming from the bathroom. so far little to nothing has been done to address any of these concerns, leading me to give notice t

It’s very pleasant living here. The building is very quiet and located in a great downtown location. Alex, Property Manager is very nice from day one. He has been very helpful and very responsive. All the move-in paperwork went well and so fast. Hot water is hot and I love that. You don’t have to wait. Room temperature is great. It’s just so comfortable to live here and feel like home. It’s a great place to live when you just starting out. Overall, i’m happy to be here.

Property manager Nick Ushka truly exceeded our expectations with his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect first apartment. Nick skillfully coordinated a schedule that allowed us to tour three properties—Vision5, 162TEN, and Tudor Manor—on the same day. His proactive approach ensured that we could apply, sign the lease quickly, and pick up the keys in just three days. Throughout the move-in process, Nick was informative and consistently available to address our questions and concerns, making the transition smooth and stress-free. While all the apartments are small they are clean and have community areas featuring a full kitchen, a laundry facility, an outdoor patio, and a recreation room.

Just moved to 162ten, and the whole process was smooth. I used to live at Vision5, and Alex, the property manager, helped me there as well, making everything easy both times. He was quick to respond, and the approval process was fast. It only took about two days from application to move-in. The building itself is also really nice and clean. If you’re looking for a smooth and efficient move, I definitely recommend this place!

Recently relocated to Redmond from Brazil, I was in need of a rental place. Redside Partners exceeded my expectations!
