I have Their attorneys email shows they had never been on the property or premises, but in the very next paragraph, he says Kevin was in the doorway for the smoke certificate that he paid . They were also receiving numerous violations from the city paying fines on that particular house. It did not take the cop to even get to the top of the stairs, before he deemed possibly a deceased person or someone in dire need of medical attention. That’s how strong the stench of the house was But Kevin was in the doorway and didn’t report it. Yellow Brick has been outstanding client of ours for a while now. They have responded to their issues and addressed issues as needed, and make sure the tenant is happy and if issues are being addressed and resolved in a timely matter.. for anyone looking for an apartment or rental building I would look up yellow brick right away from what I’ve seen as a contractor. They treat their people right.

My experience with yellow brick has been great..Dilayla is extremely helpful and cheerful.. emails are responded to immediately. All the properties I visited were well maintained, modern and most newly renovated. I plan on staying at the property for a very long time, I feel secure with the management team.

I have read all of the poor reviews of this management company and wanted to add a positive response. Although my rent is a little costly, I have a great relationship with the management company and they are very responsive to my needs. They have come to fix the things that I have asked in a prompt manner and even came and did an inspection of my property when I asked to a little extra to be completed to make the house more comfortable and the yard more desirable. I have found that you just need to communicate with them and be a partner in your communication and desires and they are great! I do with there was a number that you got a person during the day to talk through things with but again they always get back to me fairly quickly.
