The Residences on Appleton

I love my brand new apartment here at Residences on Appleton. Perfect size and beautiful appliances in my one bedroom. Anything I need help with, from adjusting some settings or a squeaky drawer or an adjustment to my dishwasher, our maintence guy Tyler and the ladies in the office are always so attentive and prompt in solving any issue. I love it here and the community as well

I reported an issue with the heating in my unit, and Tyler addressed it promptly and professionally. He was responsive, efficient, and ensured the problem was resolved in a timely manner. I appreciated the quick turnaround and clear communication throughout the process.

I asked for someone to check heating ducts in the AM and Tyler had the job done within hours. My dog loves Tyler, so that seals the deal with me. Great, timely work and response.
