I’d give 0 stars if I could. Witman is the absolute worst property management company around. Their snow removal is a joke and anytime you try to hold them accountable, they retaliate. Over this last snow storm we got 2+ feet of snow starting Sunday, and no one came out until Monday at 7pm to plow. If we weren’t out there making sure we weren’t completely plowed into our parking spots, the guy would have just done a strip and left like he did in the parking lot over from ours. No salt in the parking lot ever, so most of the time it’s an ice skating rink once the snow melts and then freezes. Today we got home and were surprised with inches of salt just dumped on our front and back porches, but again none in the parking lot. I'm not customer of Whitman Properties, but I've met Tony, the owner, and he's sharp guy. No Nonsense. But when I reached out to 30 companies, Whitman Properties was one of them. No one was calling me back and Whitman couldn't help me... but later that day I got an email from Pauline. She had a solution and it was not their company. I imagine their actual customers are quite happy. Thank you Pauline!

I reached out to Witman Properties seeking for Property management services. I spoke to Pauline Grove and was immediately sold to Witman Properties. Pauline was caring, understanding and knowledgeable. She was easily accessible and responsive. She made the signing on process seamless. Witman team are professional and reliable. The charges are reasonable and fair. They kept me in the loop on any issues pertaining the property and tenants. Alex was prompt with any maintenance issues. Witman Properties did an excellent job during the house fire ensuring the safety of tenants and preserving the property as well as communicating with other services regarding the fire. Alex in sales was amazing. He helped me out with the sale of the property. I highly recommend Witman Properties.

Pauline Grove has been wonderful helping me navigate my recent purchase of a duplex. Having never been a landlord before it has been invaluable to have this kind of support. She has helped me with bank requirements for my veterans loan. They are actually very fond of helping the little guy out too, not just bigger investments. Which is very hard to find. She has taken a lot of time explaining things to me and I really do feel like I do having someone watching my back. Thank you!!

This place was a complete nightmare. From day one, they talked to me like I had no right to complain, even though I was paying $1,300 a month — not living there for free. Then the bathroom ceiling started leaking every time the upstairs neighbors flushed. Yes, dirty water pouring straight into my apartment. It took them two weeks to show up, and the same disgusting problem happened again. When I called, they basically told me they didn’t want to deal with it anymore. That’s when I realized I needed to run, not walk, away from this place. While I was still living there, the leak came back again — and that was the final straw.
