They're terrible at what they do. Their process is ridiculous. On "move in day" all the show furniture was still in my house and there were 30 racks of beer and beer cans everywhere. Dudes literally had a party. 1 star. Should be negative stars.

Great experience! Micheal Bogdonavich was very professional and helpful! He made the process of selling my house as stress free as possible and bent over backwards to ensure our house sold! I will gladly recommend him to anyone and would use him again in the future!

The apartment I lived in was nice.. That's where it all ends... The woman who showed us the apartment was nice and informative but constantly trying to up sell Gallaghers services as a realtor when she realized we were going to be buying a house at th end of our lease.. I get where she was coming from but it was a little too thick. After we agreed to move in we never heard from the woman who showed us the apartment again.. Instead all of our concerns or questions would go through our property manager Stacy.. There was a no smoking policy that no one followed. I attempted to contact the condo board but they referred me to my land lord Stacy who did nothing... In fact the handful of times I tried to contact her in the 2 years I lived in cherry Hill, she always seemed irritated or annoyed.. F

My experience with Gallagher with their property management services has been disgustingly terrible. I reached out to the owner via his secretary to complain. He neglected to return my call. I would advise against using their services. The kind of treatment that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. If you like sketchy, incompetent, and terrible people then definitely use their services!

Terrible terrible terrible! Homeless vet here, I applied for an apartment with these guys and had a horrible experience. I would not recommend them. I show up to view the unit, their agent Carol met with me in person told me the unit was available “right now.” So I jump on it providing proof of income offering 6 months pay in advance and also had a co-signer with strong credit. Carol was responsive through text until i spent my $50 on the application and she stopped answering my texts and calls. Extremely shady and unprofessional. My issue isn’t whether or not I got the unit, life happens. My issue is how disrespectful they where. You don’t collect applications for a fee and then ghost, no updates, no correspondence.
