The front desk lady is very unprofessional in amazon delivery guy came to leave a package and gave him a bad attitude was very nasty to him i watched everything the amazon driver was so nice to her she even put her phone in his face very disrespectful

Elm wood towers is a huge building on south street in holyoke mass. It has a small parking lot and alot of handicapped parking spaces. Inside the floors are clean and this is only for elderly type people. I use to do ceramics here with the old people back in the 90"s. They loved doing the ceramics. In the front of the building on the side walk they also have a bus terminal where you can wait for the bus to come. I just found out a week ago that this place is haunted with ghost. But also I know some people that live here and they are very nice. They have some activitys for the older people that live here.

I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND I AM VERY HAPPY, GOOD NEIGHBORS, GOOD MAINTENANCE AND MANAGER PRESENT IN THE BUILDING MOST OF THE TIME.

Manager of office doesn't go by rules, she allows people who aren't on the lease of others live there illegally. She should be reprimanded for it and lose her job!
