I have had nothing but positive experiences with this property management team over the years, and I feel compelled to share how exceptional they have been to both me and my son. The office staff are consistently kind, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. During a particularly difficult period in my life, they treated me with respect and understanding, never judgment, and even went out of their way to connect me with helpful resources. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Mr. Virgilio, the landlord, has been extraordinarily compassionate and supportive. Why isn't a refrigerator not included on the rental property? Even buying most home has a refrigerator. A fee for a refrigerator is diabolical LOL

Pulled the good ole bait and switch. They advertised apartments for rent that are less than $1000 on Zillow and after I applied they stated that it was $1195.00 for a 2 bedroom and a refrigerator fee LOL. Don't waste your time. MAYBE if it were in a nice neighborhood I would've considered it.

Virgilio property management was great. Greg (the owner) was willing to rent a very nice townhouse in Holyoke to me and my family despite we having little rental history. The maintenance guys are very attentive and responsive. Most issues are fixed within two days. The staff in the office are great too. I had to move out of the Echo Hill townhouses for work, but thank you Virgilio PM for a great year of living there!
