Holyoke Property Management

I cannot recommend Holyoke Property Management based on our experience as commercial tenants. Despite explicitly agreeing to lease the space for our outpatient therapy clinic serving children with autism, management later expressed opposition to our permitted healthcare services. Their treatment of our clinic showed concerning attitudes toward healthcare providers serving children with special needs. The property management's communication and business practices were unprofessional throughout our tenancy. Future healthcare providers should carefully evaluate whether this property management aligns with their practice needs.

I have rented an office in a building managed by HPM for several years now and they have been great. Things don’t always go according to plan in life or in the property management business but my experience with HPM is that they have always been responsive when called upon. I am a Neurodiversity Coach with an office on Trumbull, and I love my space. Tall windows, a built-in bookcase, and great light. Rent is reasonable and the bathrooms are always clean.
