We had a townhouse built by them before that we really regretted buying it. Really poor quality and the worst TH in sound proof if your neighbors are upstairs/downstairs.
All you have to do is walk past their build sites and see the poor quality in the build quality and lack of attention to detail.
Nice townhomes and condos. Peaceful community and nice location
