The apartments/Condos themselves are okay as long as the resident maintains them and keep them clean. Instant Hot Water is a bonus! I personally have never felt unsafe or unwelcome here. The neighbors are friendly and seem to look after one another. There is external lighting everywhere. Walking outside from the parking at night, I have never felt unsafe. They do allow all kinds of dogs, no breed restrictions. SOME dog owners do not respect common grounds and do not clean up after their dogs. Also, some owners let their dogs off leash to play in the common pond area. There is no pool, the tennis courts are overgrown and haven't been used in decades.
