Francesca was an amazing resource from start to finish of the rental process for getting my son an apartment at Countrywood. Her professionalism and genuine care for a new resident and our family was refreshing and made the whole experience seamless. He loves the unit and is looking forward to being a long-time resident. We appreciate all that she did to make this a great experience.

Francesca was extremely helpful with my time at Countrywood Apartments from the time I moved in to the time I left. Repairs are super quick, especially with urgent requests. I have had nearly no issues staying at this complex. One major plus for me was the proactive approach to the winter seasons, they were always ahead of the weather with plowing and such.

Francesca is amazing! She is genuinely friendly, personable, thorough and kind. Even after I told her the apartment wasn’t the right fit for me, she continue to support me to find another location that might be a better fit for me. She stood late at work to support me without any hesitation. She is genuinely a great person. I would love to have her as part of my leasing management team.

Francesca helped me move into my first apartment-apartment! I found the place online and I was able to easily book a tour with multiple date and time options. She is professional, quick to reply to messages, and knowledgeable. In fact, she answered most of my apartment-hunting questions before I even asked them! Francesca goes above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered, that you feel comfortable with your choices, and genuinely wants to help you find your next home <3

Francesca is lovely, grounds are well kept and maintenance is very prompt when it comes to repairs.
