The Grand Lofts

The Grand Lofts is a beautiful place to live. The leasing agents are friendly and accommodating, their communication is excellent. If I haven’t moved out of state, I would’ve lived there for years! Maintenance is taken care of promptly. The amenities are great, the landscaping is unrivaled, and the overall aesthetic is so charming. I would recommend this property to anyone!

We lived at the Grand Lofts for 3 years. I can’t say enough about this property. The apartments were very spacious and well thought out. Huge porches, high ceilings, great closets and appliances. It’s a very safe community, tons of parking, well maintained and affordable. Maintenance was very quick, and the workers are friendly. The owners are hands on and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their business. Having moved towards Boston, we miss it here everyday. I can’t recommend The Grand Lofts enough.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex!! My bf and I have been here for a little over 2 years and can’t say enough good things. The staff are friendly, prompt, and professional. The apartments are very well insulated, gorgeous kitchen to cook in, and the neighbors are friendly. The place is very beautiful and safe to call home!

I love our Grand Loft unit (Springmore) - clean, modern, spacious, and gorgeous. I love that the first floor is all wood so it’s easy to upkeep. Our unit has most windows facing to the wooded area in the backyard so we feel extra private and serene. The loft windows facing west which leads in so much natural light during the day. Parking is plenty and a private garage is a great bonus. The huge basement is also a great selling point for us, making the total sq ft a whooping 2100, at such an affordable rent. Management and maintenance have been nothing but great with us so far - nothing to complain. They have been very accommodating with our lease after the first year as well. If we didn’t have to move to a different state, we would have stayed here forever honestly. The only inconvenience

The Grand lofts are one of the best places to live in Connecticut. The best part about them is not just that they’re well constructed, well maintained, conveniently located but their management — which is full of wonderful people. They are extremely helpful and accommodating. Recently I experienced an issue with my leasing policy and the owners went out of their way to resolve my problem, for which I can’t thank them enough. So if you're looking for a place in Vernon, Grand Lofts should be your choice and you will not regret it, rest assured!
