Love this place. I'm in my 10th year living here, and best place to live. Friendly community, responsive leasing office and pet friendly. Highly recommend

My husband and I lived in the Willowbrook apartments with our son for two years and couldn’t have had a better experience. Maintenance was always on top of lawn care/ anything we needed fixed right away. It was such a cute setup, very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located and extremely affordable for young parents saving for a house. If you’re looking for a great well kept home, this is it!

This is a great place to live. The rent is affordable, heat and hot water is included and there's a really nice trail right behind the apartment buildings. Additionally after my first year, they did not raise the rent at all and it stayed the same price. They also compete maintenance requests really quick. Definitely recommend living here!

Management doesn’t monitor/inspect the laundry because they have put some contact number on it and they don’t even care or respond most of the time. Also there are just 2 machines and 2 dryers between 12 apartments.

I lived here for 2 years. Great place! The location is great as I have easy access to the highway and local shops and restaurants. The staff has been nothing but great whenever I needed something from them. Neighborhood is quite and I can’t even hear my neighbors through the walls. Having heat and hot water included is amazing. The property is maintained all year round from snow removal to spring time plants and flowers.
