Santini Villa Apartments

They have a couple of maintenance workers who can be pretty vindictive. If you need anything repaired make sure you’re home or you have someone else there to watch them.

My family and I have been living here for over 2 years now, and can say this is a wonderful place to live! The owner and staff are very friendly and accomidating. The units and grounds are very well maintained. We have had zero issues since living here. Even when a really bad storm came through and water got into a small part of our basement. The owner and his crew were very quick to respond accordingly and get everything squared away. If you are looking for your next home, Santini is the way to go. I've lived at Santini for two years and had an excellent experience. You get more value here than apartments closer to the Hartford area, specifically (Woodbrook units): - Heat and hot water included - 2 parking spaces - Half finished basement - Storage area with large washer and dryer - Private entrance - Patio - Well maintained yards Santini is family owners and it's evident that they care about the resident experience. Management and maintenance staff are organized, responsive, thorough, and friendly.

Santini Villa is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is professional, experienced, and kind. They maintain their buildings, handle landscaping, and other issues immediately. The buildings are clean, quiet, and spacious. I would recommend this group to anyone. I am thankful to have been one of their tenants.

I have been living in Santini Villas for a year. Prior to Santini exposure I owned houses both as landlord and as resident and in several western countries. I am an engineering professor and a do-it-yourselfer. Based on my vast experience, all I can say is that the descriptive this complex uses for themselves, "Santini Living", is a reflection of owner/management pride. They do everything in their power and more to make the "Santini Living" a unique experience for their residents. They communicate well, their hand-on preventive maintenance is unheard of within peer settings. I consider myself privileged to have an abode with Santini Family.
