Mount Vernon Apartments

I lived at Mount Vernon for 3 years. I was pretty satisfied with my experience. I liked the location of the complex itself, being secluded and off the busy road. I did enjoy my apartment. It was well known that cats were welcome, which was good. I appreciated the fact that you could have a storage unit to store more of your stuff, close by. The staff were always kind. The staff was on top of everything that needed to be done, especially during the winter, plowing to make sure everyone who did need to get out in the snow could safely drive to their destination. I lived at Mt Vernon for almost 7 years. It was the perfect place for that time in my life. The office staff were always very helpful and the maintenance team amazing and very responsive. The property is well maintained. If I didn’t change my car and needed a garage I would still be there. The rent is very reasonable. The 2nd bed perfect because I worked from home and it is a lovely place to walk.

Cutest little community! I always feel safe and the property has plenty of open space and is very walkable. Also right near the highway for travel convenience! The application process is easy and management/maintenance is always prompt and responsive.

As a person who has lived in 2 of their apartments (Willow brook 1- bedroom and 2-bedroom), I can say it is great. The price is completely reasonable and the quality is really good. The apartments are very clean. The appliance are in a good condition although they may not be super new! The maintenance team come really quick whenever you have a problem. The online portal makes it even easier to request a service, paying the rent and communicating with other residents. It is also worth to mention that you can find a very beautiful trail (Vernon Rail-to-Trails) near the Willow brook apartments. Good for walking, jogging, running and biking! Finally, the office people are amazingly nice. To wrap it up, I highly recommend Mount Vernon and Willow brook Apartments.

I loved living here. The larger 1 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for two people. The rent was affordable and maintenance was promt and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and there are nice trails near by. They allowed me to have my emotional support dog without any hassle.
