Briar Knoll

We've lived here for almost a year now, moved in Dec of 2024, and it's been great! We met with Susan, who is super friendly and pleasant, to view the apartment and she seamlessly handled the move-in logistics. There are many pros to living here. The location cannot be beat and we love that it is pet friendly. There is a dog park and overall many places to take your dog for a walk. Every now and then there are lazy folks who don't clean up after their dogs, but that happens pretty much everywhere in this state. Very responsive and helpful maintenance crew. For the minor maintenance issues we've dealt with, we simply create a ticket in the app and within a day or less our issues are addressed and resolved. Busy moved in here this year! So far its great...move in was smooth. Communication was great, laundry is clean and neighbor seem friendly

My fiancé and I just signed our lease for the 3rd year in a row here at Briar Knoll. The staff is incredibly nice and maintenance are always willing to help! We love the fact that there is a dog park here and we love how close to the highway we are for our commute to work. You couldn’t ask to live in a better area, with all the restaurants near by, and the gym being walking distance! Our 2 dogs love taking walks around the complex and the nearby walking trails. We will always recommend living here to people we know.

To those of you spouting off about renters not working, consider many of us who work off shifts. Please I am home all day yet last week worked 56 hours, one day off, then 50 hours. Yes, home during the day judgy. My neighbors work night shift. Know your roll.

We've been living here for about half a year now, and we're enjoying it! It was a relief to find a pet friendly place with reasonable prices in such a convenient location (Aldi across the street and Planet Fitness mere steps away). The staff are friendly and always working to keep the apartments and associated spaces clean and maintained (love the flowers in the summer/fall!). The separate dog area (fenced in) is a great amenity and the walking trail near the small pond on the property is a nice aspect of living here. In the warm months, the pool is nice to cool off and it's centrally located so accessible Even though there are not laundry machines in the units, there are three laundry rooms throughout the property. Small downside that the machines are older and don't work as well as newer
