I have lived here 11 years, and since Tiffany Lane became manager, things have gotten much better. I see her often times on the property checking things out and making things better. They should have had her or someone like her here long ago.She and her assistant are very friendly and personable. 5 stars and free refills at Quick Trip for them!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany while searching for an apartment near my daughter’s job, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the start, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. What stood out the most was her honesty, both good and bad—she wasn’t just trying to sell me on anything but instead provided clear, useful information that truly helped in my search. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely cares about assisting potential residents. To top it off, she even followed up to see if I had any additional questions. I'm a mail carrier for these apartments and Tiffany the property is pleasure to work with. She helps me, with promptness and attention to detail, to make sure all of the mail reaches whom it was intended. It's refreshing when I meet folk that actually own and enjoy what they do.

This is the worse apt I have ever lived in!!!! I didn’t know it was infested with roaches and mice till I moved in. I have said something multiple times and no exterminator has even came out. I have spent my own money to bomb the unit more than once and it still didn’t work. My shower has been messed up since I moved in and still nothing with anyone coming to fix it. The lady Malissa in the office is no help at all. The lady before that Rebecca also no help. They need a whole new staff from the office to the maintenance people. The whole apt is dysfunctional and I would never recommend anyone to stay at this apt complex!!! Save your money and time!

Tiffany is such a big help! Shes on top of the calls , she handles property request well and she’s turned the property around overall!
