I lived here for a year and my experience was not great. I was paying $950 a month for about 400 square feet to start It’s not luxury and the gate never works, windows are old clay told me I would be getting new windows when the new people came they said they rather fix other stuff first. I also had a window unit with a hose for the bedroom as my air conditioner. Second clay left and it was hard getting an office manager for the longest time. Then we got a new one and she picks her own hours and also gossips with the residents. There’s a resident there who watches everything you do every person to come to your house and how long they are there. No privacy at all. Love these apartments! Alexandria was very helpful and made it a very easy and smooth process of getting my mom an apartment! Great community and great location. Definitely recommend!

The new manager, Alex Garcia, is an amazing apartment manager. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to get things done. She is always nice and outgoing, but firm when she needs to be. Alex is willing to work with you if problems arise during rent time, as long as you come in and talk to her and explain the situation.
