Rod is expedient and thorough. He returned my call quickly, and offered a flexible range of times on the day I requested. He arrived to the appointment on time and was pleasant and friendly. He went through every area diligently including the areas of the attic I wouldn't even go to. He had recommendations for repairs and updates. He was able to explain the "why" behind the things he had recommendations for. He obviously has a lot of experience, and takes his job seriously. I couldn't recommend a single area of improvement. I am so glad that we chose Rod to complete our home inspection.
