Nolia on the Hill Apartments

I'll leave a real review here since I'm suspicious all these 5 star reviews are paid for. The management is incredibly unprofessional, I had an interview to work in their office and one of them was on their phone the entire interview. I then left a 1 star review just for the management to leave a very condescending reply. Very glad I didn't get the position if I have to work with these sour attitudes. Meanwhile I was already locked into a lease with my roommates otherwise I'd be looking elsewhere to live after such an experience. The units look horrible, which is why I really suspect all the 5 star reviews to be fake. They put CARPET OVER BROKEN TILES that are uncomfortable to walk on and give me vertigo. Erik was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The viewing couldn't have gone better. He was a great ambassador for Nolia on the Hill.

pretty bad experience here. didn't make it through the whole 12 month lease. had squirrels in the crawl space above for 9 months. office people didn't really care and suggested I get ear plugs. they would spend the leaset amount of money possible and patch it cheaply only for the repairs to not work. Then when I kept asking them to fix it they told me I could just leave if I wanted. so I did l, but I had to pay for my own movers and am out money I shouldn't have had to spend. bottom line these buildings are old and run down and not maintained correctly. if you look at the Google reviews everyone notes how quick the maintenance staff is, but thats because everything is constantly breaking. electricity goes out every other week, water turned off every other day. I recently had Vince come to my apartment to fix a few issues, and I can't say enough good things about him! From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the problems and got to work, explaining everything he was doing along the way.
