Roosevelt Apartments

Lived here for a year and a half, I truly have 0 complaints. It’s quiet, i’ve never felt unsafe and Tina (property manager) responds fast to questions and is so nice!

Very well mannered and polite had maintenance done today. He worked hard and was very nice about everything explained what was going on and timely fixed the issues. Also got cuddles from my dog who was very excited to have a new friend. Maintenance was so great and kind there were awesome

I've lived here for over a year now and have nothing but great experiences. The maintenance department has always responded quickly with any problems I have had, has shown up the same day to come and inspect any issues I had, and if not the same day then the very next morning. Tina is a great property manager! Any issues or questions I have Tina has been very easy to communicate with about them and is very understanding. Highly recommend Roosevelt Apartments!

I was moving from Texas and needed a place that was consistent and clear with their communication. The whole process was extremely straightforward. I have very high standards for my living environment. Once I arrived, I was showed the apartment and was really excited to see a clean Environment. Tina was very consistent with communicating with me, she will inform you of any upcoming inconveniences that could interrupt communication. the staff is attentive and very polite. management and my living space are the least of my concerns, I can focus on the main goal at the current time. glad to be here.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love it! The leasing staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance has taken care of me anytime I’ve put in a work order and they are prompt. I am very pleased staying here. The maintenance staff are awesome!
