Sterling Creek Apartments

I have been trying to get this apartment complex to take care of my clients cabinets under her sink. She’s been there since August of 2025 and let them know then, that it’s moldy, wet, leaking occasionally and warped/sagging. I’ve been here for a couple months and I’ve tried getting them to fix this issue also. They put off and put off and put off. Tell you they’re going to call you back, they don’t. You leave voicemails asking for updates on the process, no return calls. I’ve called three days in a row. First day, they answered and said they’d call back with an answer, nothing. Second day I called and left a message, no return calls third day, no answer again. This is getting worse. Since my fiancee moved to Sterling Creek, she hasn't had any problems and that's all thanks to Bishop the Maintenance Man. He can look at something and know what the problem is. A jack of all trades and a stand up guy! Keep up the great work Bishop!!!

This experience wouldn’t have been the easiest if it weren’t for Angel! Her patience and help with the leasing process made this experience so much better than any other apartment complex I’ve worked with! Angel deserves a rating of 10 million stars!

These apartments and the company that “manage” them are a joke. Everything about the previous reviews is absolutely true. The original manager when we moved in was a drug addict along with her entire family and a good amount of the tenants. I really don’t even know where to start about this place, This is one of the worst places I have ever had the delight of living in. Maintenance does not get done in any way, the manager from PDC that we see maybe once every 3 or 4 months basically just says its our problem not theirs. Kids on any given day roam unchecked, which is normally not a huge deal for me but when its 10 or 11pm and they’re riding around the small parking lot on their bikes, someone is eventually going to get hit.
