The staff was really nice but the unit was not luxury. The door had scuffs like someone had kicked it and the paint was peeling off the front door. The door knob was loose, the key doesn't work unless you jiggle the handle while unlocking it. There was a stain on the carpet that someone tried to clean. The toilets look really old which is concerning since the place was built last year.

For anyone considering living here, you should know that tenants are allowed to smoke inside their apartments. This is not disclosed at any point during the application process. While the location is ideal and the units themselves are beautiful, we come home almost daily to an apartment filled with marijuana smoke. We are not smokers. Management has not been helpful in resolving the issue. At most, they send a general email reminding residents to be mindful of their neighbors, but those letters direct us to contact the security company instead of addressing the problem themselves. This has resulted in months of jumping through hoops with no real solution. We’ve been stuck in this cycle since moving in last October. I love living here in the Adirondack Apartments in Independence. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The only issue I have is the cannabis smell in the complex. I know it is legal in Missouri but I should be able to open my windows to get fresh air without the smell coming into my apartment!

It has been an amazing experience and we are so happy. The 24/7 gym is always clean, ready for use and well-maintained . The staff is exceptional, specially Kylie and the maintenance team , which is quick to respond and always friendly and respectful. We’ve truly loved living here. ❤️Unfortunately is short term for us while we resolved some living situation with our property, but will consider Adirondack again if needed in the future and recommend it 100 percent! ❤️

My smoke alarm battery need it replaced. I put a work order in and it was replaced within hours. I was so happy. I didn’t have to hear that beeping any longer.!
