Indy Ridge

I had a really good experience moving into Indy Ridge. The staff was really helpful during the whole process and made everything a lot less stressful for me. They answered my questions and worked with me to get everything figured out so I could move in without too many issues. I’m really grateful for how understanding and supportive they were. Overall it made my move a lot easier and I’m happy to be living here.

My experience was absolutely amazing ! I wouldn’t have did it without Mario help he made things so smooth & easy for me. I knew I wanted Indy ridge to be my new home as soon as I pulled in. If you not already looking into these apartments I absolutely recommend them. It’s a friendly & quiet area I couldn’t pass up this opportunity. ❤️

The leasing process has been incredibly smooth. Since I couldn't visit in person, Demario went above and beyond by providing a detailed virtual tour and answering all of my questions. He was extremely patient and even helped me secure the specific floor and location I was looking for.

My experience touring and leasing this property was excellent. The approval process was quick and seamless. The leasing agent Demario was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Communication was outstanding, and I was kept informed every step of the way. During my move-in walkthrough, the unit exceeded my expectations—it was spotless, well-maintained, and move-in ready. Overall, this was a very pleasant and stress-free experience.

Hands Down, this apartment complex and leasing team was Heaven sent. Big shout out to Demario. He was hands on from the start of this process through out the whole leasing experience etc. Answered all my questions with assurance and a strong sense of hospitality. I have been looking for a place that is cost friendly, clean, good area for kids, and most importantly safe. I believe with choosing Indy Ridge to start this new chapter in life was a great choice. I was originally gonna go for a 1bed/1bath but I changed my mind to go with a 2bed/2bath. Still affordable and more space which is a WIN/WIN. This was all around a great process. And I learned from this experience Delayed doesn’t mean Denied.
