Windsor Crossing Apartments

I have been on this property since 2014. I have seen several management people and it’s never long. The property was decent when I first moved in. Now in the past 1-2 years Ross Management took over and they are terrible. Don’t do it! I am currently trying to get out and find somewhere else but it’s so expensive. They are moving anyone in at this point. No one answers the phone in the office and corporate is a fraud too. Trash everywhere, loud neighbors, broke door, broke garages, hallways dirty, property not cleaned and building is half vacant. I hope the state’s attorney office hold them liable.

I keep thinking it will get better but it does not. The front office is just rude and unprofessional without being provoked. They lose paperwork and send out final notices claiming you are now in violation. My apartment went into abatement and Perkins sent me a letter saying "i owed the difference and an intent to go to court to surrender the unit." ALL of that was a horrible mistake but it was mind blowing how quick Perkins had that letter out to me vs looking into my file. The tone, lack of empathy and the attitude makes it hard to ask the front office anything. No one ever knows what's going on. The insides of the buildings are very outdated with broken walls, doors, windows,etc. The inside of my unit has cracks in the ceiling lines, the windows have rust and look like they are splitt

I have been living in this complex for about 6 years and I will say alot has changed. From 2018- early 2020 this complex has been a very vibrant and quiet community. However, this property has went new management multiple times. I have been told that I will get a garage but never did. Every time I inquired about my status in getting a garage they will put me on a waitlist. Which confuses me because I am always on the waitlist and have been since 2020. So why am I being put on the waitlist? At one point people's cars were broken into and when you asked to see the security footage, the cameras doesnt work. There are tenants with broken garage doors. When they have switched to the new management I had to show them reciepts of my rent being paid because they informed me that I owed backed ren

Poorest management I ever delt with, nobody ever answers the phone, I dont know who works there and who doesn't. They hire people that make up excuses to do their job correctly, they need to look into hiring a better professional customer friendly staff. If they can keep them for more than 3 months..

The property is nice from the outside but all the glitters are not gold. Management is a circus, Ms.Perkins the leasing agent needs to just hang it up, she talks at you in a smart rude tone, dismissive to your concerns, forgetful and neglectful. You almost can never can get a timely answer from anyone in the office. Two days ago they had a piece of paper on the door that said they were closed but they were sitting in the office with the lights on with the door locked all day. Very Unprofessional..
