Please whatever you do don’t rent buildings 2508 or 2510. You will never know peace. Your neighbors will play music from 1am-6am. I’m seriously thinking about not renewing my lease in June. This has been the worst experience ever.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. So I lived here for a year. Mice and roach infestation until the day I moved out. My AC went out a month after I moved in and they didn’t fix it until the month I was moving out. And gave me excuse after excuse. Mice on the counters, stove, desks, dressers, in pantry on shelves, on my bed, in my dresser drawers, not one a day, multiples a day. Mice touched almost every area of this apartment and furniture. Pest control came so many times and did their best but every time they found a new hole. Management doesn’t care about the conditions because they don’t have to live in it. People in this building didn’t allow pest control in, so it made things worse. People also leave trash bags on the hallway, for days. I even seen a mouse crawling on the inside of my window screen.

I moved into my apartment two weeks it’s been the worst experience ever. The place is infested with roaches and mice. The toilet had mildew, leak under sink, no blinds and the heat is not working. Management is terrible because it’s been 6 days since I informed them of the heat not working still no heat and I have a two year old. I asked to to get moved to another unit and was told they could break the lease instead. I am advising with the lawyer now get my holding fee and security deposit reimbursed.

MOVE AT UR OWN RISK! If I could give a negative star I would. I’ve been living here since May 2022. Move in process was easy and fast. (That’s how they con you into living here). I did my walk through and everything and wrote a bunch of things that needed to be fixed in the unit. The unit was definitely not cleaned at all prior to me moving in (kitchen sink was dirty, dishwasher had mold and wasn’t working, front door is loose and etc.) maintenance came to take a look but never fixed nothing. Fast forward to being there two months.. I started seeing mice, so bad to point i couldn’t cook in my kitchen, pest control never resolved the issue. I done at least had 8 of them in my apartment. I lost very important valuable (pots, pans, clothes, my daughter toys, Christmas decorations, etc) thing

I’m new to the community and I must say I was very surprised with maintenance I saw him outside and ran out asked him how to take the lock off my dryer he told me he will do it and show me in case I lock it again I was so grateful and happy he was pleasant I don’t have any rodent activity my place is nice and cozy for my little family
