I dont have anything but great things to say about this firm. My escrow took 4.5 months due to the buyer’s lender’s incompetence. And Janet in particular had helped me throughout the entire process. She was very patient, helpful and empathetic. She even listened to my frustrations towards the buyer and their lender. She stuck through my entire transaction and now that we closed my property through Brennan, I’ve never been happier choosing them as our title company. Overall Great Service!!!!!
