I had a great experience at the Residences on Silver Hill Road, especially working with Tierria Williams. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions promptly and made everything smooth and stress-free. Her customer service truly stood out and made a big difference. I highly recommend working with her if you're considering moving here!

From the very beginning, she has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring that I and my family feel heard and valued. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed promptly, and her communication has always been clear and respectful. It’s evident that she takes pride in maintaining the community and creating a positive living environment for everyone. Great property management can make all the difference in a resident’s experience, and it does not go unnoticed. I went to see this property with my grandson last week and Ms. Ashley was so sweet and detailed. He liked the apartment and the area is also good with metro and plenty of stores but we just could not get past the weed smell in the leasing office building. It was STRONG! Other than that, the place was nice but I just cant risk my grandson moving somewhere that allows the leasing office to smell so strongly like weed. Surprisingly, the apartment we visited looked and smelled amazing. I wish I could give 5 stars to Ms. Ashley we will move anywhere she works!

My experience with Ashley was amazing! She was very welcoming, very helpful, attentive to detail, and is the ideal representation of what an Assistant Property Manager should be. I look forward to leasing with The Residences at Silver Hill community.

Well here it is 10:23pm on NYE and I would love to take a hot shower after working 10 hours but we’re going on 2 weeks, if not more, with NOT HOT WATER in 30 degree weather! Not to mention when I moved in, my filters were never changed and I suffered a severe respiratory infection that lead to hospitalization. I let the office know of my health issues and it still took over 3 months to replace my filter. When he came he just put a new one in and didn’t clean off the filth left on the vents. I also have a rodent problem, I’ve caught two. I asked to be put on the list weeks ago and no one has come out yet. We do have a new manager who seems nice. However, she informed me the water would be fixed yesterday. And here we are today… and it is not. Overall, I’ve been miserable my entire stay here
