Maintenance has been moved into the property and they park the maintenance vehicle by their units and fix their apartments all night but can’t respond to repairs. The first thing they say is “I no speak ingles” 24 hour maintenance line is a joke and no one shows up. They tell you email then never respond. Corporate doesn’t have a number, pot holes all throughout the property. Don’t be fooled with the “specials” as soon as they get you in you better hope nothing breaks in the unit. They also shut the phone lines down when they don’t show up for work for “holidays”. Beware, Beware, Beware!!! *Update 1/9/26: No hot water for longer than 7 minutes. Do NOT MOVE HERE! Seriously run run run! I reported my ceiling had water damage back in July 2025. No one repaired so guess what happened it fell through.. water damage broke my furnace according to Esdras and needed replacement. So I lived without heat or ac from August until mid October. No repairs to the ceiling, HVAC, or water damage until mid October! They only fixed it because the Maryland DPIE inspector came out and looked at the property. They never answer their phones. Just moved out this past weekend and will never look back. If you want a headache, move here. Let me tell everyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!! Do not move here period. I moved in on November 13, 2025, and I did my walk through on November 12th, and I was assured by Bechi that everything that I pointed out would be repaired by the time I moved in. There were Roaches crawling from out of the Garbage Disposal, I left a cup on my nightstand over with something in it and I woke up to a adult Roach dead in my cup, a Roach got into my bed and bit me, I opened up my Refrigerator and there was a Roach on top of the Butter Cup, I did not have a Shower Head, the Bathroom was warped top and bottom, there is a Stove but it doesn't work, there's a hole in the Closet Shelf, there were Blinds in the Bedroom Windows, there is a strong draft coming through the Windows, the Bedroom Windows does not op

was looking into these for me and my family. the lay out is so perfect and everything we are looking for to make a place a home. however, the reviews from current tenants means a lot hopefully people will be getting their ceilings fixed and something is done about the rodents. The leasing office staff is the definition of horrible. I don’t know how they still have jobs. they fired brandy and she was the best they had. Don’t ever answer the phone, respond to emails 3-4 days later, the maintenance team does drugs in the parking lot and does absolutely NO work! They claim no dogs are allowed over 75 pounds but I’m pregnant and have been chased TWICE by dogs larger than that size, when I ask about this all they say is “we’re working on it” I lived here since January JUST received my mailbox key this September…. The sinks are always over flowing which has damaged my floors! It’s just pathetic… when I moved in it was 24 hour security on site now security is their SOMETIMES between 9am - 5pm, which isn’t usually the times that crime take please. Mice live in your apart
