My experience at Andrews Ridge Apartments have been great so far thanks to Sharon Gilchrist the leasing agent. She is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I may have regarding my unit. The maintenance team is also great and quick to respond to my maintenance request.

I’ve had a great experience with the management team at Andrew Ridge Apartments. The manager is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or maintenance concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. Communication is always clear, and the property is well maintained. It makes a big difference when management is organized and respectful, and that’s exactly what you get here. I truly appreciate the positive environment they create for the community.

I have been living here at Andrew Ridge since September of 2025. So far I have had an amazing experience here. I recently lost my job back in January of 2026 and both Sharon and Tonya has been extremely helpful, understanding and resourceful. I thank you ladies for being by my side to help me through such tough times. Thank you Andre Ridge and team for allowing my stay here a pleasant journey.

Sharon is an exceptional customer service specialist in finding our new apartment! She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite and absolutely a delight to work with! She was patient with our questions made by kids feel like family and more importantly very flexible with my schedule. 10/10 recommend this neighborhood off the strength interaction with Sharon alone! Can't wait to make this my new home!
