Verona at Suitland Metro

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!! I have never experienced an infestation like this. Someone hit my car in the parking lot and the office DID NOT help. GUNSHOTS. Old man was jumped outside. UNSAFE & OVERPRICED. Rude office ladies please don’t bother living here.

Move in was amazing. Cheryl and Nyrasia were Super helpful and amazing. They are missed greatly. 4 months later. While the property is clean, people do throw food and food containers in front of the bushes which causes Critters. I have seen WAY too many “bugs” for my liking. While I may be on the bottom floor this is beyond excessive. I have NEVER had this problem in my other apartments. And I almost never want to use my kitchen. I’m constantly using my downtime to clean using peppermint and other things that would keep them. Yes, pest control comes out when you put in a ticket and they put you on the list…. However, they should not have had to come out to my apartment this many times in the last 3-4 months I’ve been here. At this point I don’t think I will renew when the time comes. I wil

From the first showing until move-in Ms Val was very polite and professional!!! Her pleasant personality was inviting and contributed to me choosing the Verona at Suitland Metro. The upgraded apartments are worth the price. The community is well kept and the building stairwells are clean. After spending our first night in our new apartment we slept comfortably!!! The community is quiet. Close proximity to the Suitland Metro, beltway and major thoroughfares like Suitland Parkway. There are fast food and carryout restaurants nearby.

PSA to Verona, everybody that work for you in that office even maintenance NEEDS A RANDOM DRUG TEST! They always act slow and stay forgetting to do any and everything. This has been the WORST property that I have ever lived in. I wake up and go to sleep killing ROACHES. My walls grows MOLD and leaks every other month. Shootings, looting and anarchy reside at this property and I'm DISGUSTED. I am currently looking for a new place because I cannot continue to feel UNSAFE and UNHEARD in my own community. If your thinking about move here, DONT . DO. IT!
