STAY AWAY! Seriously, THE WORST APARTMENT EVER! I thought these apartments would be "decent" because of ALL the alleged “glowing” reviews on multiple websites. This apartment complex is one of the filthiest, thieving, and most poorly maintained places I’ve ever seen and unfortunately lived in. The hallways and common areas are repulsive. There are dog feces (see pic) in the hallways, ripped ceiling parts (see pic), a broken fire extinguisher glass panel (see pic), gang signs on the walls (see pic), torn window screens (see pic), broken windows (see pic), shattered bulb covers or no covers (see pic), stains and garbage on the carpets (see pic). Trash is everywhere, attracting bugs and rodents, and a constant stench of marijuana seeps into other apartments (see manager comment about the cons

I am very happy living at Windscape Apartments. The community is neat, clean, and well maintained. I currently live here and have had no complaints. The leasing staff are very nice, helpful, and always provide immediate responses whenever needed. Thank you to the Windscape team for making this a great place to live!

They were VERY nice and very helpful. I appreciate how speedy the application process and everything was as well. They made sure the unit was very clean and tidy fo me and had taken care of everything before hand. Definitely a place I look forward to calling my home !!!!

Very friendly staff , great customer service, they make you feel welcomed . The application process was really fast . Very informative , apartments are well taken care of , they leave you a welcome gift n cute little bathroom set . Super sweet staff . I appreciate the kind gesture.

Jane and Natalie from the property management were super friendly and patient. The application was smooth. The onboarding and walk through was very considerate. You can tell from small details that they care about the property and tenants. Thank you and look forward to being a good tenants here!
