North Gate Apartments

Northgate is one of the better properties in this area. The saff is awesome. Kim is leading a great team and it shows. They are great with responses and things get done in a timely manner. They have been so fast on getting me answer! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Every interaction I have ever had with the staff at North Gate has always been met with kindness, professionalism and respect! They care about their residents and the property. I highly recommend Kim and her awesome team. They'll make you apart of the their family while making sure you're comfortable with your's in your home.

During my time there, Kimmy was a great manager. Any time there was an issue, she was always helpful and always responded quickly. She does a great job!

If you’re looking for an apartment, choose northgate! The office girls go above & beyond. They are quick to answer all of your questions, they’re so sweet! The maintenance guys work hard & if you have any issues, they’re quick to fix it. We haven’t had any issues since we’ve been here. They also have a nice dog park also! Everything is kept clean around here I genuinely can’t say one negative thing about northgate. In my opinion, they’re the best in town!

One word: ghetto. Apartment looks nice in pictures but in reality it has cheap construction & materials. When we moved in there was laminate missing from the countertops in spots and a sink was stained. Constant construction, painting, and parking lot maintenance makes it very noisy and they have you park your vehicles on the other side of the complex when it’s being done or else they will tow your vehicle. NO ELEVATORS, which means you haul groceries up, & have to haul garbage down and across the complex to get rid of. EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE doesn’t answer calls to fix anything - I had to fix my own furnace when it was -20 outside (Bad sensor). Also, my cheaply installed blinds have fallen down 3x now. I finally JB welded the screws into the door myself to hold it in place. WINDOWS D
