Better late than never with this review 😅 I can't say enough about Kassie Gorder with Basin Brokers in Williston. We bought our home in April of this year and she is the realtor to have when moving and buying a home in the Bakken. From the first phone call to the last walk through, she was thorough, detailed oriented, on top of things, had great communication, organized, and overall a joy to work with. She was with us every step of the way with our interesting buying process and jumping through all the non-stop hoops. Her knowledge is worth its weight in gold! 10/10 would recommend Kassie at Basin Brokers! Trust me, you want her as a realtor.

The Basin Brokers team including Tate and Kassie did a terrific job helping us sell our home. They were very responsive, provided excellent and seasoned advice on a variety of questions, developed an effective marketing strategy, priced it well, and gave it great exposure. We had a very strong results, very positive responses from the market, and sold quickly. I would not change a thing and thank them for their service to us.

I have now bought 2 houses and sold 1 house with Kassie at Basin Brokers. I have loved all of these experiences! Kassie has helped us find the right houses that fit our family in that moment. She helps us to set up realistic expectations and explains every step of the process in an easy-to-understand manner. While we hope we won’t be buying and seeking again anytime soon, we are grateful to know Kassie would provide us with a great experience if we did!
