Golden City Property Management

Golden City has been nothing but helpful with helping me find the perfect rental unit for me and my family! Any issue we have had (which are VERY minimal) have been taken care of promplty! I usually speak with Courtney when I call and she is always super friendly and very helpful! The other staff are also great! Thank you Golden City for being so great!

I had a small common maintenance issue in my apartment and called Golden City to see if they could fix the issue. Courtney was very friendly and an attentive to my problem. She had someone come the same day to fix the issue! It was incredible! I recommend Golden City to all my friends and family, and I am grateful to rent from them.

The owner if this building is a great guy but often I am kept awake until midnight by stomping around from the two guys that live upstair. I can even hear them pissing in the toilet..

I just want to say your not going to find a better price on a rental in Williston! The staff are are extremely friendly and super helpful! Courtney went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had to secure a beautiful rental property! I look forward to renting from them!
