When we arrived here two years ago was very nice, beautiful areas and great maintenance team. Since Kia left everything is a disaster, also we spent a lot of weeks without maintenance personnel. The areas with dog poops are insane and the poop trash can are really full. The entrances to the buildings stinks cause of the poops. Last thing that made me so angry is the lack of interest of a request I did of of a mice I saw surrounding my patio area. We paid a lot of money monthly for our rental including the pest control, 3 days later I'm still waiting for some action to solve that situation.

Elias Leal's work has made living here such a great experience! Every problem I have had, he has taken the time to fix it correctly. He is very attentive, patient, and understanding. It is great to have a maintenance leader who works hard to have exceptional results.

Eli is absolutely amazing!! I put in a request to have my ice maker looked at. I didn’t even think about it being NYE….he showed up on time and proceeded to fix the issue. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Above all else, he was helpful on a day that is usually considered a holiday. I can’t give him enough thanks or recognition. B-112

I really enjoyed living in this community when Kia was here, but since Kia has left, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The cleanliness is almost non existent anymore. There’s spilled stuff and garbage everywhere that never gets cleaned up. Attentiveness has fallen downhill with every other aspect of living here. They can’t keep any help and the office is closed quite a bit. They have tons of system glitches all the time that mess up payments and utilities. Overall not enjoyable to live here anymore especially for the cost.

Don’t recommend. We have lived here 2 years and only the last 8 months have we had repeated issues, lack of communication, up charges on utilities and more. Since new ownership, management team and all other staff this summer- it’s only gone downhill. Tenets shouldn’t have to contact regional management to be heard or get a small amount of response/improvement. On top of all that, you get scammed on utilities randomly. We average $55-75 each month and since the take over we have had 2 months of extreme pricing (it was always consistent before new management) for no reason and they won’t do a thing about it. Completely chaotic and unreasonable for the price we pay. Avoid it! ALL of the positive reviews are for people and company no longer there.
