Apartments are nice but they suck at taking care of their entrance, if you don’t have a 4wd your screwed somedays and sometimes multiple days in getting out of their property.staff is really friendly though to. Like i said though don’t bring a car here you won’t make it up the hill sometimes they don’t plow their entrance or walking areas.

Oh, Rockridge, the luxury experience of paying more for less! Where rent hikes are the only thing that rise faster than your blood pressure dealing with management. Let’s start with the ambience—nothing screams “upscale living” like the scent of neglected dog poop wafting through the hallways, paired with the delicate visual of litter both inside and outside the building. Think of it as “industrial decay meets urban neglect.” Security? Oh, you mean the expensive decorations disguised as cameras? They never worked while we were there, but hey, at least they gave you the illusion of safety while your tires got stolen, your car got dinged, and your patience got obliterated. Been working in oil field for 14 years and driven on some very rough roads. The roads don't compare to the parking lot. This is the worst concrete I have ever seen! I drive a 3500 and feel like I could break my truck there. My friend came to visit and ended up with a 12" piece of rebar in his tire. I feel sorry for the small cars.

Hi I lived in Rockridge apartments for three years. I must say the best experience. The staff and management is amazing. The ladies at the office Ms. Danielle,Shelly and Juan are amazing. They are so sweet and helpful! I felt very safe and secure living at Rockridge apartments. They will resolve the issues, no matter. I miss you my Rockridge, you guys are the best. Thank you so much Love you guys!!!

I am rating this apartment 5 stars because of Shelly!! She is great honestly, she is a wealth of information and you can tell she does truly want the best for the families that move into her community. 5 star Shelly!! She always makes herself available for us, and has the best attitude and the best intentions.
