Westridge Apartments

I have brown water coming out of my child’s bathroom. Fab hanging out of the ceiling, dishwasher back up. Given the run around over and over about how nothings wrong but there’s crap water coming out of my kids bathroom consistently. I call emergency maintenance and they say it’s not an emergency. ITS POOP WATER 😭 how is that NOT an emergency? The front office staff gives the run around over and over and over and I’m so tired of it. The places aren’t that bad but when it comes to them doing THEIR jobs.. they don’t. Ever. At all. Flooding in the halls, water coming out the ceiling in the halls with big fans running and nobody tells you why. I can’t wait to move. Make sure you check everything and are on them with fixing things.. if you’re a woman.. good luck getting things fixed by them 😭

Westridge is hands-down the best place to live! The apartments are spacious and so well-kept. The office ladies are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond for tenants. They make you feel valued, cared for, and right at home. If you want a beautiful place with a management team that treats you like family, Westridge is the one!

The property is well maintained. Apartments are very nice! Quiet working class community. Management and maintenance staff are very friendly and attentive to tenant needs.

Job opportunities opened up in north Dakota and I ended up not moving but this was a top contender for me. I spoke with some one named V- she was very sweet and very professional. I really felt like she understood my needs and was able to answer all of my questions promptly. Looking for a new place in a new state is an overwhelming experience but she helped make it easier for me. I highly recommend working with V if you're looking at these apartments because they are nice but working with her made the experience much nicer

Yecica, was who helped me on the phone, and I have to say of all the apartment places I have called to get pricing from just so I can plan on how much I need to save, she was above and beyond friendly and helpful, and didn't try to overwhelm me with getting my information or sidestepping my questions. Terrific customer service. That's what makes a person interested is when you feel comfortable and not cornered. I don't usually leave reviews but she was most deserving of recognition.
