Being that im new to the area from Florida i would like to acknowledge a couple ladiesne HANDS DOWN MELISSA is the absolute best she was very transparent very very polite, informative and most of all professional Although Dakota Ridge is awesome cause they are so far Melissa is the reason I decided choose this place!Also I had the pleasure of meeting Shelly at Renaissance Heights she was also phenomenal so very helpful even when she couldn't help me there she directed me to Melissa. Thanks for the warm welcoming u ladies ROCK!!! ❤️

I met with Shelly, the Assistant Community Director from Renaissance Hights Apartment Homes, she was being a team player and helping her colleagues at a sister property, she was super friendly and very helpful, she helped me fill out the application and explained everything clearly, she helped me to understand the difference between the floor plans, the prices and even between the different sister properties Thank You Shelly🙏🙏

First off, I want to give a huge shout out to Cameron, She went above and beyond to grab my work equipment that was accidentally sent before I moved there. My apartment is beautiful, Granite counters top quality appliances, They make big accommodations for pet parents. There is an awesome gym and they even go the extra mile by putting cold water in the fridge in there. A lot of little extras and move in was easy and simple. It's a few miles outside a town which I love surrounded by lush farmlands. And the neighbors are all awesome. And added plus the walls are very thick and you can't hear your neighbors. You definitely wanna live here‼️‼️‼️

Sarina has been very helpful and made our move for our corporate units very easy process for us.

Hola, just wanted to appreciate Cali and her staff for the great experience on having everything we need in our apartment. Thanks again. Also want to appreciate the maintenance on a fast response to fixing the washer machine. Very appreciated. 👍
