Management does not take care of outside areas and streets. Looks trashy and unkempt and these are newer apartments.

New management is TERRIBLE and shady!. People have been living out here without air, management doesn’t care. If your refrigerator breaks, good luck getting a replacement. They implement so many rules and don’t care to make sure tenants are following them. The grounds look absolutely horrendous. Trash everywhere. Most tenants don’t care to look after their children while they play outside, and the people in the office could care less, until there are fights between parents because kids are being bullied. Updates have been going on for about 4 years! All types of sketchy people in and out of the neighborhood all day long. This is a horrible place people going with out air conditioner. Reporting this to housing and going to contact the news. They are getting government assistance people living like this. People getting sick from living in a very hot 🥵 horrible apartment.

Poor management
