Lehman Village

Hey I’m Moussa 20 years old, this is my first apartment and I really like to live here, the place is very safe and very very clean, and it’s only 15 min to downtown and close to my work and Walmart, planet fitness, Kroger, My lease will finish end this month September, and I have to move out but the only reason I move out it’s my roommate have to move out so I don’t want take care to the apartment by myself, expensive for me only but I recommend everyone to come live this apartment, It’s really really safe and I love it, thanks Lehman Village for your service.🫀❤️

I really like that it is wooded and hidden. They keep the outside area neat and clean. There is 1 way in and out. The people seem friendly but to themselves. I love walking my dog. The late fee is $200.00. I mean you should not be late but I can't help but to think about what if something happened and I fell on hard times. Cheaply made, thin walls, not enough cabinet space in kitchen. It is hard to get through to the office.

It's a quiet location, tucked amongst trees. You feel like you're in the country, almost, but close to everything. I've had no problems with management and plan to stay as long as I need to live in an apartment. I have great neighbors and any fixes needed are addressed promptly. The apartment furnishings are not brand new but everything was in working order and continues to be. Definitely worth looking into especially if you are looking for the Canal Winchester School District.

Seems to be a decent place maintenance wise, but here are the issues I believe my son has encountered from the management (opinion): 1. They entered his apartment without permission when he was away without prior notice and without giving him an opportunity to be present. There was no emergency or other legitimate reason they needed to be in there right away. We know they were in there because they left an inspection notice. 2. They towed his car away even though it was lawfully parked in his assigned parking spot. 3. I believe the management has been harassing him and aren't very friendly. All-in-all, I believe such acts are improper and perhaps illegal. If you value your privacy and don't want uninvited people in your dwelling during your absence, you may wish to go elsewhere.

Awesome management! Really cares about his tenants and goes out of his way to help. Maintenance personnel are friendly and fast with fixing issues. Extremely happy with my stay here.
