Redwood Canal Winchester

The Redwood team is amazing!!! Kortney is a wonderful leasing agent— took my calls, answered my questions, followed up with me in a timely manner. The maintenance team, especially Eric and Andy, have been great! I mentioned a few minor concerns regarding maintenance matters and they came quickly, fixed everything I mentioned, then went above and beyond by completing things I didn’t even ask or expect them to complete. I am impressed by the people who serve here!

The last renter let their dog poop out back all winter without picking it up. On the other hand, the view is beautiful. It seemed like the move in team was in a hurry to leave. I am sure they had many other things to do in their defense. Nice people also.

Great people in the office! Kristi, Kortney and Layla have been awesome with our move in! Complex is nice and quiet! A lot of places close by to shop around. Maintenance has been super nice and come solve problems quickly. Look forward to our journey with them!

These apartments could be great if management was better. I have had issues with dogs trying to fight mine which they never did anything about. I had no air conditioning during a very hot day with my newborn baby and they were fighting with me about fixing it. There were also people smoking cigarettes and being extremely loud that they did nothing about. Overall the time I was here was filled with lots of stress and uncertainty and redwood not abiding by the contract we agreed to.

Thanks to the wonderful maintenance staff for their quick response to a minor issue I experienced with a very minor plumbing issue. I put in a maintenance request through the resident portal and shortly thereafter (it was after hours when I put in the request), Erick had contacted me wondering what time was good that he could come and address the issue. Right on time, it was all done! Thank you, Erick, so much. The portal works great and all the staff I have ever dealt with are a delight.
