Abbie Cove Apartments

Excellent place to live very clean, peaceful...granite tops, cabinetry very smooth, tile & carpet great, nice spacious garage & laundry room with washer & dryer( ). Nice roomy front porch...occasionally the geese🦅(closet pic I could find)🙄 come but they can't stay long because they are not allowed😁😊🤣there 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️off. (PRICEY)

I have been here for one year & never see any issue.It's cool,the best apartments you can imagine to live.The price is reasonable compare to any other ranch-styled apts within the vicinity.No bile up of trash due to day to day management concern...

When we moved in we had to clean first after being told it was clean ,torn kitchen floor , walls were never painted before moving in they were dirty, carpet needed to be cleaned,stove was dirty everything needed a good cleaning.When we moved out we cleaned everything even the walls.This place wanted to charge us for an electric and gas bill we already paid even more than the bill was.What a scam.We lived there 5 years and they do these things it's insane. We were never late on rent and never any problems with staff or neighbors. After moving realize they are just money hungry and greedy.Now 3 months later they decide utilities that we already paid our balance with these utilities is zero.This place says nope pay us for the utilities that we owe nothing on what a scam. DON'T MOVE HERE T

Although I don't personally live here My God mother/ Great Aunt does. she's been here for several years. The property is still in excellent condition. She says if she had any issue they address it promptly. Very nice and quiet area.

I didn’t get the opportunity to rent from this property, due to there being an 8-12 month waitlist. However when looking, I emailed 3 times and called four times with no return call or email. I did decide to just visit the property without an appointment (Which isn’t close to my current location). The employee working was not very accommodating. I’m currently in crutches and I was struggling to get the door open and get inside. She did bother to leave her desk or her lunch to assist me. While the property looked nice and well kept, the service was not great.
