Biggest mistake of our lives !!!!!!! We moved in the first of last month and seen a roach our first day here we reached out to the office about this issue 2 days later within those two days we seen 3 more roaches mind you we are new to Columbus moving from another city to come here just to have this horrible experience. When i went to their office I cried I have never dealt with this before they didn’t care they started to insinuating that they we brought them when we moved. which is not true and I have proof that we did not . They informed us that the only thing they could do was provide pest control which we knew was not goin to work because roaches are very hard to get rid of. PLEASE READ: This star rating ONLY reflects the maintenance worker, David, who has been the saving grace for our apartment and our complicated move-in process. The company itself is definitely a one-to-two star rating. He has been absolutely wonderful and has been the only employee in this company that cares and wants to fix our issues. Other maintenance workers and office workers ignore and even shut down my work requests, but David is extremely respectful and helpful and I will be requesting him every time I need help with anything. It feels like he is the one employee that actually does anything around here and cares about the residents. Please Read* so you know what I didn't. I stayed at this residence 7 years and for the most part staff is nice even as they changed over the years. I experienced a significant unexpected hardship and asked staff will they accept a third party check. The Answer is yes but we will not provide a W9 or fill anything out. I understand that they are not required to do so but here's where it hurts if you can't get help. The late fee is 150 dollars, then 50 additional dollars after the 9th of the month. Thats not the worse part. After the 19th of the month they tack on next months rent and tell you they will Not Accept past due rent unless you pay it along with next months rent too. So if you have past due rent by the 21st you are manipulated into paying next months too as well. This is desgned to

Only had one issue and it was around midnight. Called maintenance and within 45 minutes they showed up and fixed my alarm detector. Couldn't get it to turn-off. Site is always clean. The staff are always friendly and asks if there is anything I need.

Abbie lakes has been a blessing to live at. The management, leasing agents and grounds staff are absolutely phenomenal! It’s always litter free and super quiet. It’s a great community to be apart of. They even have security that patrols the parking area at night . I would highly recommend anyone to live here
