Danny Shaffer was a big help when I came and visit the property he was just helping out for one of the property managers thank you so much for that Tour I really like the units out there. They’re really nice spacious and I hope I move out there one day.

I am so confused with all of these positive reviews. Several residences received surprised charges on their rent bill. I was blindsided and didn't find out until 11/3 because of a mass email. The email didn't go into too much detail and left people with a lot of questions. I have since requested an audit of these utility charges because I feel that I was over charged. Now there is a late fee on my account and I still can't get a response on the audit. My next request is going to be an itemized invoice. As for the units themselves, they are ran down. You can hear your neighbors flush their toilets. Not an experience that I want in my home. I have a couple of places in the walls that have disintegrated and the insulation is sticky out because the window is leaking. I have had mult

Was a resident from Feb 2022 through Sept 2024. I only moved after rent raises priced me out. The area was good, the 2B1Ba flat w/ attached garage was good. Internet was Spectrum and wasn't the fastest, but I never had any unexpected outages. Electric was AEP, water was via Conservice which I heard has changed recently, and Gas was through Columbia Gas of Ohio. Maintenance requests were completed quickly and effectively and communication with the property management team was simple.

I’ve lived at a few apartments in my life; between college, work relocations, and now. Bricegrove deserves 6 stars. I’ve been here for almost a year and have zero complaints. The office staff are friendly, attentive, quick to respond, and care about the community. The same for their maintenance team which I’ve only had to use twice; once for move in inspection, and once for inspecting the AC. They respond quickly and do quality work the first time around. The grounds are well kept and everyone does their part to keep the community clean and welcoming. Very peaceful and quiet. No road noise or outdoor noise is audible when inside the apartments. Overall very happy here. Tons of shops right down the road for all your shopping needs also. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move to the are
