Preston Pointe At Shannon Glen Apartments

Just moved into my new place out there this month actually and I love Amber. She’s so sweet nice and she get everything done when she’s by herself even when she’s in the office working she will get you taken care of and she responds back quickly when she can, and when she’s not tied up or busy, I would recommend living out there when I got my keys and went over to look at my place is very nice and one thing I could say I like it compared to the other places that I lived at very quiet and I’m definitely staying out there. I’m never moving. I give them a 10/10

Nice place to live; quiet and peaceful. The staff are amazing to include Amber, Larry, Mike, Conner, Brandon. Truly a great group of people to be associated with Preston Pointe Peak Living. These people take initiative and consideration for keeping the maintenance repaired, the grounds clean, and the hundred other things they do at this complex and it shows in such a good way. All of this staff go out of their way to be helpful and consuderate. Hats off to Mike, the leasing manager as he is the best in his role that extends well beyond just leasing a unit. He has a valued heart of gold. Now, if the complex would mandate a rule to get rid of the broken down, duck taped, wrecked vehicles along with those that have long past expired tags, then the place would be worth a million in review

I have lived at Preston Point for 20 years. I would highly recommend as this is a very safe and well maintained community. Amber and Mike in the office are always super friendly and quick to help whenever I call or stop in. My maintenance issues are always handled properly, most often same day. The maintenance supervisor Larry is a super knowledgeable and kindhearted guy who never leaves you hanging. He even fixed my furnace on Christmas Eve. Awesome place to live.

The maintenance team here is always reliable and quick to respond. I recently had an issue with my sink, and Brandon made sure everything was taken care of right away. He was polite, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate the excellent service!

Preston Pointe is a great place to live, especially for single parents. There are so many great people in this community that look out for each other and so many residents that have been here for a long time which means they care alot more about the community than a place with high turnover. From office staff to maintenance you will always be met with a quick, direct response. But Amber goes above and beyond for every person in the community. She will always meet you with empathy even when having to make the hard choices. I have so much respect for her just from random interactions over the years. I have been here since 2023 and have only had one negative interaction with a staff member and they are no longer around, so it just shows that quality people are working for this community.
