My favorite part of living here is the office staff and the maintenance people who work here. Sue and Hailey will jump over the moon to help you out, you just have to talk to them and the problem will be addressed immediately. The maintenance response time is super fast and Jeremiah is definitely the one who goes above and beyond for us. Everyone is super patient with my kids and makes them feel welcomed every time we go to the office or need a maintenance request. While the corporate management company leaves much to be desired, the exceptional work ethic and professionalism of the on-site staff truly make this complex a place worth calling home!

Please don’t stay at this place. They are horrible. I lived there for over 3 years, and when I moved out, I left the apartment in better condition than when I got it (when I got it was dusty, the dryer wasn’t working, the carpet wasn’t changed either, but I needed a place quickly and it was close to my job so I decided to take the apartment anyway). And of course, they OVERCHARGED me for every possible thing they could make up. I don’t even think they checked the apartment before they sent me the invoice. I really think that 90% of those charges were made up. It was my mistake for not touring the apartment before I left ( they open at 10am, I had a very long drive, and needed to leave early, so of course they took advantage of that). I waited a few weeks and called to check if I would get

I personally would not live here another year in just 2 months my neighbors have called the cops due to “loud struggling noises” mean while I’ve got 2 kids everyone can hear everything you say or do in the halls walls are thing the windows aren’t sealed correctly ac leaks cold air into the apartments due to not being sealed right there’s always dog poop by the doors or on side walks they do not salt there paths for residents nor are the hallways cleaned there’s always trash every where and the carpets where not put in correctly my car was also hot in the parking lot I’ve called the office and asked for a email to be sent out which was not nor do they have security cameras for their parking lot so if your vehicle does get hit there’s no way to find out who or what did it

The staff is very very friendly and bend over backwards to help and make things right, I had a maintenance issue I just mentioned it to Pat and a few days later while I was gone it was fixed. I really appreciate all of their efforts from paperwork to keeping the buildings in great shape and clean. I have been here over a year and ready to renew my lease.
